  • We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof for quick resolution
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer
